What’s the difference?
Faster Scanning
The iGuide Core unit utilizes a proprietary 360-degree lidar scanner that can measure a room that is over 300′ wide! This translates to fewer waypoints and less time on site.
Precise Measurements
iGuide boasts an ANSI Z765 2021 certification that allows them to make total square footage statements accurate within centimeters!
Fannie Mae has updated its requirements as of April 1st, 2022, to require GLA calculations to adhere to this standard for appraisals.
Viewer Interface
Home buyers will be treated to a lean interface that conveys the important information they’re seeking fast. Fewer waypoints mean fewer steps. If that’s not fast enough, navigate straight from the onscreen floorplan!
Lead Magnet – NEW!
iGuide has knocked it out of the park with this one! Enable their new Lead Magnet feature and start capturing warm leads. This feature allows you to offer something of value to interested viewers, a more detailed iGuide Tour!
After a few minutes of browsing a virtual tour, the Lead Magnet prompt will automatically trigger informing the viewer that there are additional visuals they can access by filling out their contact information. Once filled out, an email as well as a text will be sent to the viewer with a link to the detailed tour!
Tour Reports
Once agents are onboarded, you’re all set to receive report emails for future tours. Reports include branded and unbranded links, as well as links to other useful tools.
